Karim Tabbaa
Principal Attorney
Born and raised in Panama City, Florida, Karim received his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016 and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Emory University in 2010.
Karim is licensed by the Florida Bar to practice law in all state courts in Florida and is admitted to practice in federal courts at the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.


Professional Experience
Karim is experienced in a variety of legal matters including civil litigation, personal injury, insurance litigation, property disputes, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, and appellate practice. Karim has seen cases through to verdict in civil and criminal contexts. This exposure gives Karim a unique multi-disciplinary perspective on the law that can lead to a successful and favorable result for his clients.
Karim began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Panama City, Florida, handling thousands of criminal cases over the years on behalf of defendants. Karim later worked as a civil litigation attorney in the Pensacola office of a large national law firm where he handled premises liability and auto accident claims on behalf of insurance companies. Karim was also employed as a civil litigation attorney at a statewide law firm specializing in prosecuting legal malpractice and insurance defense, where he defended insurance companies and businesses against civil suits.
